Penguins, an unique natural show
Experience:
Penguins, penguins and more penguins. Curious, they look at you in the eye, fight, call their mates, rest or walk nearby yourself as if you are part of the landscape, too. Always nice, always bringing an unique natural show and full of tenderness.
Chubut houses several colonies of Patagonian penguins: Punta Tombo- the largest continental settlement in the world- Cabo Dos Bahías and different other spots in Peninsula Valdes. From September to April, thousands of penguins reproduce, born, learn and, the young ones, become independent. A show that surprises and wonder all the ages.
By marked trails, the camera is indispensable: you wouldn´t like to miss any details of these lovely creatures, that, with grace, they walk, talk each other with squawks or just rest in their nests, a little caves built under the bushes, where the same couple return every year.
The penguin season has two special moments for visit them: the middle of November, when they born, and ends of January, when the settlement is on the top of the moment thanks to the penguin chicks, the young penguins and the adult s ones.
