The natural terrain means that all slopes lead, either directly or indirectly, to the same area at an elevation of 1,650 metres above sea level, providing a safe and convenient setting where families can enjoy the mountain with greater peace of mind.
With such a wide variety of options, La Hoya Mountain Activity Centre offers something for everyone: from gullies that are ideal for off-piste skiing to its convenient location just 12 kilometres from Esquel, as well as a Snow Park for snowboarders, ski lifts and a wide range of services, equipment rental facilities and dining options. How to get:
Esquel is reached by plane, Brigadier General Antonio Parodi airport; by bus or by car, from Bariloche on Route 40, from Comodoro Rivadavia on Route 26 and 40; and from Trelew on Route 25.
Other airports in the Province of Chubut: Almirante Zar from Trelew, The Tehuelche from Puerto Madryn, General Enrique Mosconi from Comodoro Rivadavia.
Important information:
The Mountain Activities Center enables its tracks from 9:00 am. until 5:00 p.m. Always subject to weather conditions.
Every day at 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. the part with the state of the tracks is broadcast.
